Studio Civilization was called upon to create a special

copperleaf finish for the ceiling in the dining room.This

made a powerful statement for the entire place. More projects followed.

 

The master bedroom was brushed in suede and a stencil made up for a relief print which was lightly nudged with gold.  The meditation space received gold glaze linen striations with gold leaf stitching, this followed along the walls of the top level and down the staircase with another little paisley detail. All of the upstairs windows had an alcove which we did in varigated gold leaf. Stunning.

 

We were asked to add glazing to the walls in the main living area and then a wood grain to the black fireplace.

 

Finally a painting was commissioned and sits at the foot of the homeowners bed.

 

Throughout, this home is luxurious and peaceful.
